Based on your plan, collect your mail in person, have it forwarded, or have regular mail opened and scanned to your inbox as a PDF.

Your plan determines how your regular mail gets to you. Every plan includes same-day email alerts when mail or parcels arrive.
Pick up in person
Collect your mail at our office during posted business hours. All plans include in-person pickup, so you can always come by for physical items.
Forward your mail
Plus Forward includes worldwide mail forwarding. Regular mail is consolidated and shipped during the first week of the following month. Rush forwarding is available on request for an additional fee.
Scan your mail
Plus Scan opens, scans, and delivers your regular mail as a PDF to your registered admin email the same day it arrives — read your mail from anywhere.
Confidential mail, including items such as credit cards and cheques, is held for pickup and is not forwarded or scanned. Parcels are also pickup only. Regular mail is held for 30 days and parcels are held for 7 days.

Yearly billing: Save 10% when you choose yearly billing. The current yearly prices are $31.50/month for Economy, $45/month for Core, $58.50/month for Plus Forward, and $85.50/month for Plus Scan, billed yearly.
All plans include same-day email alerts, junk and spam filtering, 30-day mail storage, secure shredding, use of the address on your website and invoices, and the ability to change or cancel your plan. Extra letters or parcels are $5 each.

How do I know when my mail arrives?
You receive a same-day email notification showing what came in and when it was logged. On Plus Scan, regular mail is opened, scanned, and delivered as a PDF with that notification.
Can you scan my mail?
Yes. Plus Scan opens, scans, and delivers regular mail digitally as a PDF to your registered admin email on the same day it arrives. Confidential items such as credit cards and cheques are held for pickup and are not scanned.
Can you forward my mail to me?
Yes. Plus Forward includes worldwide forwarding for regular mail. Mail is consolidated and shipped during the first week of the following month. Rush forwarding is available on request for an additional fee. Confidential mail and parcels are collected in person.
Can you receive parcels and courier deliveries?
Yes. We receive parcels and courier deliveries, including FedEx and UPS, for your registered recipients. Parcels are held for pickup and you are notified the same day they arrive.
How long do you hold my mail and parcels?
Regular mail is held for 30 days and parcels are held for 7 days from arrival. After the applicable retention period, items may be discarded according to the service terms.
What happens to confidential mail?
Confidential items, such as credit cards and cheques, are held securely for in-person pickup. They are not forwarded or scanned, for your protection.
What if I go over my mail or parcel limit?
Extra letters or parcels are charged at $5 per item once the applicable allowance is exceeded. Your service continues without interruption.
Do I also get a business address with mail handling?
Yes. Your mail handling plan includes a real commercial address you can use for your business. On Core and higher, the address is also eligible for Ontario business registration and CRA correspondence.
