I agree to keep my recipient list updated. Mail for unlisted names will be returned. Email us to add or update recipients.

I confirm my ID is valid, unexpired, and matches my identity. Invalid or unclear ID won't be accepted.

I confirm I have legal authority to bind this organization and agree to YYZ Offices policies.

I understand that mail is held up to 30 days, then discarded or forwarded (if my plan includes it). I'll be emailed the same day any mail or parcel arrives. Parcels are held up to 7 days. Mail/Parcel over my plan limit are $5 each. I must be listed as a recipient to receive mail.

I hereby authorize the individual(s) named above to collect mail and parcels on my behalf until further written notice.
