Once a termination request has been initiated, we are unable to begin or process any custom work, administrative tasks, or account-specific services associated with your plan.

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, YYZ Offices may contest the claim using all relevant evidence provided by you (including IP address and valid identification), recover any fees or costs incurred, suspend services, and refuse future transactions. Yes, I agree with YYZ Offices' legal Policies. I understand that requested changes may take up to 5 business days to process, though most are typically completed within 24 hours. For services that incur a fee, I will be automatically billed or sent an invoice for payment. For any custom work, an estimated invoice will be provided in advance; if final costs exceed the estimate, the difference will be billed accordingly. YYZ Offices will always strive to provide the lowest accurate estimate. Any refunds issued will be provided as account credits only.
Where payment is required, YYZ Offices is authorized to automatically bill the payment method on file. If payment is unsuccessful, you will receive a rejected notice and your request will be voided. No work will proceed until a new request is submitted with a valid payment method.
